MalibuTech is a FiveM development team building premium scripts and custom MLO map assets for roleplay servers. We started in 2019 building resources for our own server — and eventually started selling them.

MalibuTech was born from two brothers writing Lua at night for their own FiveM server. Gianmarco co-founded this project, architected the early scripts, and defined what the brand stands for.
The elevator, the weapons system, the first HUD — all carry his fingerprints. He was the reason this became something worth shipping.

Every MalibuTech script runs on live roleplay servers without framework-specific branch switching. Framework detection handles ESX, QBCore, QBox and Standalone automatically. Each resource ships with a structured config, typed Lua exports, and full documentation.
Iakko is the maps branch of MalibuTech — the same team, focused exclusively on custom MLO interiors and map assets. Each interior goes through an optimization pass for draw call efficiency and streaming performance before release. New assets ship regularly.
All products are protected through CFX Keymaster Escrow — the official FiveM obfuscation system — and sold through Tebex, the platform endorsed by Rockstar and CitizenFX. Checkout registers your server key instantly; no manual delivery or support ticket needed.
Open a support ticket directly in our Discord server. Bug reports and config questions are handled by the team — no email chains, no waiting queues. Scripts are updated for compatibility with major framework releases, and each changelog documents every fix before you update.
How we work
Our scripts are written in Lua with a framework-agnostic config layer — one codebase that detects and adapts to ESX, QBCore, QBox or Standalone at runtime. No conditional imports, no branch juggling for the buyer.
On the maps side, Iakko builds every interior from scratch as a proper FiveM stream resource — no replacement of base-game geometry, no compatibility issues. Fully streamed MLO assets that integrate directly into the GTA V world and are tested on live servers before listing.
