After purchase, check your dashboard for the download link. Extract the resource into your FiveM server's resources folder and add 'ensure resource_name' to your server.cfg.
Each script specifies its framework compatibility (ESX, QBCore, QBox, or Standalone) on its product page. Make sure to check before purchasing.

Most scripts require ox_lib. Some also need ox_inventory or ox_target depending on the resource. Required dependencies are listed in the documentation for each script. Install and ensure them before starting the resource.
Check your server console for the full error. Common causes: a missing dependency (ox_lib, oxmysql), a framework mismatch, or a config.lua value pointing to a non-existent item or job. Compare your config against the docs, then include the full console output in your support ticket.
No. Each purchase grants one CFX Keymaster license tied to a single server. To run the same script on a second server you need a separate purchase. License transfers between servers can be requested via support.
Your transaction ID appears in the Tebex confirmation email and in your MalibuTech dashboard under purchase history. It starts with 'tbx-'. Include it in any ticket about delivery or access issues.
