By accessing or purchasing products from MalibuTech (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.
All scripts, resources, and digital assets sold through our store are licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on one (1) FiveM server instance unless otherwise specified.
All payments are processed securely through Tebex (Overwolf). By completing a purchase, you agree to Tebex's Terms of Service.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a critical, unresolvable issue exists with the product. Contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase.
Each purchase includes access to our Discord-based support infrastructure. We provide assistance for installation, configuration, and conflict resolution. Support does not include custom development, server setup, or third-party script integration.
All content, code, designs, and assets associated with Malibù Tech are protected by intellectual property laws. The Malibù Tech name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of MalibuTech.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or compatibility issues with third-party resources.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
