Steps
Download & place the resource
Copy the iak_mansion_mafia_project folder into your server's resources directory.
Choose your YTYP variant
Inside the resource you will find two folders:
prop weed/— includes drug-related props placed inside the mansionno prop weed/— leaves those areas empty
Navigate to stream/meta/ and replace the existing YTYP file with the one from the folder that matches your needs.
Only one variant should be active inside stream/meta/ at a time. Having both present will cause prop conflicts.
Add to server.cfg
ensure iak_mansion_mafia_projectStart the server
The map will load automatically. Head to the coordinates below to find the mansion:

To switch from one variant to the other after the initial setup:
- Remove the current YTYP file from
stream/meta/ - Copy the YTYP from your chosen folder (
prop weed/orno prop weed/) intostream/meta/ - Restart the resource or the server
